Physical Therapist – Acute Care Hospital

Location: Macon, GA
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8-hour shifts | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend: 1 weekend per month
Call: None
Rate: Up to $2,200. Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Current Georgia PT license in hand
• BLS required
• Acute Care experience
• Experience with geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics
• Epic experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Establish short- and long-term goals
• Provide acute care rehabilitation services
• Complete reassessments and discharge planning
• Document patient progress in Epic
• Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
