    We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

    What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

    As a Physical Therapist, you will:

    Patient Care & Treatment

    Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional goals

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs

    Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized interventions

    Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

    Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies

    Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management

    Clinical Documentation & Compliance

    Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

    Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation

    Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols

    Collaboration & Communication

    Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals

    Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

    Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews

    Professional Development

    Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and treatment techniques

    Attend continuing education courses and training sessions

    Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

    Qualifications

    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

    Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

    Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

    Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently

    CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
