• Competitive Base Salary: $82,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at our Mission Viejo clinic, you’ll work in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic patient population
• Design individualized care plans tailored to patient goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in our modern EMR system
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize patient outcomes
• Foster relationships with patients and the community
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California PT license in good standing
• Interest or experience in pelvic health is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
