Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000-95,000/year
• Productivity Bonus: Up to $9,750 annually
• Salaries customized based on experience and role

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on physical therapy care in an outpatient setting
• Develop customized care plans tailored to each patient’s goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Engage with patients and the local community to build lasting relationships
• Document effectively using a modern EMR platform
• Stay compliant with federal, state, and payer requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California PT license (or license-eligible)
