About the Role:
Join a community-focused private practice dedicated to delivering top-notch physical therapy care that truly makes a difference. We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to oversee clinical quality, service excellence, and the growth of rehabilitation programs within our Burbank location. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care while helping the practice thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and maintain clinical quality, integrity, and financial health of rehab services

• Plan, implement, and monitor treatment provision, documentation, and billing processes

• Foster strong customer relations and patient satisfaction

• Identify growth opportunities and evaluate program effectiveness

• Support and mentor staff to maximize clinical outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or eligible to obtain license)

• Meets Clinical Competency requirements

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Reliable attendance and commitment to patient care excellence
