Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.

Create personalized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility.

Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment and progress.

Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and technologies.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.

Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload.
