Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics (West Hartford, Glastonbury, Granby)

Connecticut Physical Therapy Specialists (CTPTS), a physical-therapist-owned practice with three locations, is growing and seeking enthusiastic clinicians to join our team. We are considering per diem, part-time, and full-time candidates.

About the Role:

The position is in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients across the lifespan. Our therapists emphasize manual therapy, functional outcomes, and individualized care. Full-time PTs average 16 patients per day in 30-minute sessions, with flexibility to shape a schedule that supports both patient needs and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range: $78,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications:
• Eligible for Connecticut PT licensure
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
• Full-time preferred, part-time considered (minimum 24 hours/3 weekdays)
