Orthopedic and Spine Therapy is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Lakewood, Wisconsin. New graduates are welcome, and the ideal candidate has a passion for orthopedics, a warm and friendly personality, a growth mindset, and an appreciation for the outdoors. For partners looking to relocate together, there may be an opportunity to hire two people in various roles at this clinic.

    About the Role

You will treat a general orthopedic caseload with an emphasis on hips, knees, and shoulders. Approximately 60 to 70 percent of the caseload is Medicare. PTs can expect to see 11 to 14 patients per day, with one-hour evaluation sessions and 40-minute follow-up appointments. There is also potential to develop and grow a specialty treatment area based on your professional interests. You will join a highly experienced team of Physical Therapists in a collaborative environment focused on continuity of care from initial evaluation through discharge.

    Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm with no weekends and no holidays. Full-time hours of 40 per week are available, with the flexibility to work four or five days per week. Full-time is preferred, though candidates with a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week will also be considered.

    Compensation and Benefits

Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience. New graduates can expect a starting salary in the range of $75,000 per year, with compensation increasing based on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

    Qualifications

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required. Candidates must be eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. No prior experience is required and new graduate PTs are welcome. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
