What You'll Do
• Lead MSK evaluations and build clear, thoughtful plans of care
• Hand off to PTAs smoothly and stay connected to each patient's progress
• Use outcomes data to support your clinical judgment, not pressure you
• Join weekly labs that are short, practical, and actually helpful
• Mentor or get mentored — whatever fits your stage of practice
Must-Haves
• Active CA PT license (or landing soon)
• Ortho or post-op rehab experience
• Ability to guide PTA care clearly
• Steady, confident communication

• Curiosity about outpatient MSK, especially if you're coming from SNF, home health, or acute
