THE POSITION
We are looking for full-time Outpatient Physical Therapists with a specialty focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy. We are focused on finding compassionate, dedicated, and motivated leaders that will provide a transformative experience for our patients and staff as well as achieve success in the community by growing our brand of Physical Therapy.
Job Requirements:
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required)
Preferred at least 1-2+ years' experience treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting, however new grads are encouraged to apply
Computer skills and ability to navigate EMR for requisite documentation and billing
Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service to our patients from evaluation through discharge
Ability to independently carry a caseload of patients and deliver evidence-based and expertise-driven treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes
Ability to amongst a team of dynamic individuals with a shared Patient First mentality
Possess the confidence and drive to interact with our current and future referral sources
Ability to interpret trends, receive feedback, and optimize KPI data to deliver superior performance and outcomes
Must possess a high motor and not afraid to add to our team by advancing our position in a competitive marketplace in accordance with our company mission and values
Be a positive and upbeat individual who thrives working in a team environment
A desire to grow with the practice by embedding yourself in the culture of our clinic and the surrounding community
THE LOCATION
MOTIVE Sports & Physical Therapy is based in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. The clinic locations are easily accessible. We are located in areas with convenient access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and more.
