    Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Layton, Utah. Openings are available for a general orthopedics role and a pelvic health specialist role. New graduate PTs interested in the orthopedic caseload will receive dedicated support and mentorship.

    About the Role

    You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic. A pelvic health specialization is available for qualified candidates. Aspen Ridge encourages and supports the development of specialties and professional certifications, and clinicians benefit from AI-assisted workflows designed to support efficiency and patient care.

    Schedule

    The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no weekends and no major holidays. Clinicians work just one late shift per week, until 6:30pm, with the remainder of the schedule supporting a strong work-life balance. Casual Fridays and extended lunches are part of the team culture.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.     Qualifications

    Candidates must be eligible for Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored for the general orthopedics role. Candidates interested in the pelvic health caseload must hold a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is required. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
