Position Overview – Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our high-performing team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a driven new graduate, this is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one treatment for every patient, every session—no double booking.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.

• Use advanced interventions including functional movement training, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessments, dry needling, and fascial manipulation.

• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness strategies.

• Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals who value growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or sports rehab preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply—with a clear growth mindset and strong clinical foundation.
• Interest or experience in:
  • Stecco Method Fascial Manipulation
  • Titleist Performance Institute (TPI®)
  • Functional Movement Systems (FMS)
  • Dry Needling

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary up to $93,000 annually , depending on experience and skill-set
