Premier Therapy Associates in Edmonds, Washington is a performance-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic looking to expand our team of purpose-driven Physical Therapists to grow with us. Who You Are:
· A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
· Passionate about outpatient orthopedics, human performance, and functional rehab.
· Eager to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to a team.

What You’ll Do:
· Deliver individualized, high-quality care using a 45-minute treatment model.
· Build meaningful relationships with patients and support their functional goals.
· Engage in ongoing group mentorship, continuing education, and advanced clinical training.
· Contribute to a clinic culture built on growth, integrity, and clinical excellence.

· For new grads looking for mentorship, we’ll pair you with an experienced, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) – certified Physical Therapist during your post-onboarding process to help talk through difficult cases and participate in shadowing experiences while building your caseload. Orthopedic Clinical Residency programs through Evidence In Motion (EIM) are also available within our clinic!
