    Overview

    COAST Physical Therapy Specialists, one of Ventura County’s most respected outpatient orthopedic clinics, is growing and now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Oxnard, CA. Candidates with 32–40 hours/week availability will be considered.

    We are a manual-therapy–driven, quality-over-volume-focused practice dedicated to providing patient-centered care with time, attention, and clinical reasoning—not rushed visits or double booking.

    Caseload & Patient Population

    You will treat a general outpatient orthopedic caseload, including:

    • Orthopedic injuries

    • Post-surgical rehab

    • Fall prevention & balance

    • Ambulatory neuro (light)

    • BPPV / vestibular

    • TMJ

    • Active adults and athletes

    Full-time PTs typically treat ~12-14 patients per day
    (no double-booking, no high-volume productivity pressure).

    You will manage your patients autonomously from start to finish, with dedicated time for notes, decision-making, and clinical progression.

    Specialty development is encouraged and fully supported. Manual therapy certification, advanced orthopedic coursework, and specialty tracks are available.

    Work Schedule

    Clinic hours:

    • Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:30am–6:00pm

    • Tue/Thu: 7:30am–5:00pm

    No weekends. No major holidays.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary:
    $86,000–$110,000 DOE

    Additional compensation:

    Job Requirements

    • Eligible for CA Physical Therapist licensure

    • Manual therapy and/or PNF experience preferred

    • Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and Manual Therapy

    • New grads welcome — mentorship provided

    • Full-time required (32–40 hours considered)

    • CPR/BLS certification required

    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
