Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Participate in community outreach and wellness programs to promote health awareness.

Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and advancements.

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state license to practice physical therapy in Georgia.

Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care.

Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
