About the Role:

Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as a Physical Therapist PRN in beautiful Tampa Bay and Plant City, FL! In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional care to our senior clients, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.

Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Home Health experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Current CPR certification.

Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.

AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
