About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain licensure
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based practice
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
