Job Title: Lead Physical Therapist (Full-Time, GURANTEED 32 Hours)
Location: 1630 Carr Street, Lakewood, CO 80214 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 4 days a week. You CHOOSE the days!

About the Chanda Center for Health
The Chanda Center for Health is a premier non-profit clinic located in Lakewood (approximately 15 minutes from downtown Denver). We provide a holistic spectrum of services—including massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, occupational therapy and physical therapy for individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and spina bifida.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Lakewood team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our rehabilitation department, working in collaboration with the director, Scott Gravatt, PT, DPT, to deliver high-intensity, life-changing rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Evaluate and treat neurologic, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions.
- Specialization: Experience or interest in utilizing functional electrical stimulation (FES, Xcite2).
- Integrative Collaboration: Actively participate in the broader Chanda Center team, collaborating with massage therapists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors to ensure a holistic approach to participant wellness.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a consistent full-time schedule, ensuring high-quality therapy documentation is completed within 48 hours of treatment.
- Safety & Advocacy: Prioritize participant safety and dignity at all times, serving as an advocate for the disability community within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
- Clinical Expertise: Experience or strong interest in working with neurologic populations preferred.

Pay & Benefits
- Status: Full-Time, W-2 Employee. 32 Hours a week
- Pay Structure: $45-$55 per hour (Salary $74,880-$91,520 for 32 hours a week ).
