    We are seeking a motivated, clinically skilled, and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values patient-centered care, and wants to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

    Position Overview

    As a Physical Therapist at Joint & Spine, you will play a key role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and case management. You will work closely with chiropractors, medical providers, occupational therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care through evidence-based treatment approaches.

    We are looking for a therapist who is organized, outcome-focused, and comfortable working within structured clinical systems designed to support both patient success and provider efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional limitations.

    Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.

    Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

    Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with New Jersey regulations.

    Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

    Participate in team meetings, patient education initiatives, and occasional community outreach events.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.

    Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills.

    Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

    Strong organizational and documentation skills.

    Preferred

    Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or rehabilitation settings.

    Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).

    Familiarity with multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare environments.

    Manual therapy experience.
