Greetings,

We are seeking a physical therapist to conduct home health evaluations and treat. (No Oasis). Our RNs complete the Oasis for you. The Olathe, Delta area to Cedaredge and another therapist is needed for Ouray, Ridgway and South Montrose.

We have exploded in growth and have more patients needing therapy.

You can be contracted as a 1099 contractor or become employed and receive a W-2.

You schedule your own patients to work with your current schedule.

Must have current PT license for Colorado with at least 1 year of home health experience.

We pay $90.00 per visit as a contractor.
