$10,000 sign-on bonus | One-on-one outpatient orthopedic care | Pinehurst, NC Full-time | Monday–Friday | No evenings, no weekends $80,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience

Paragon Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or license-eligible) for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina. New graduates and experienced physical therapists are both encouraged to apply — structured mentorship is built into this role from day one.

    Why physical therapists choose Paragon

    • One patient at a time, every session — the entire session. No double-booking, no aides running the floor, no bouncing between plinths. This is the care model hospital systems and high-volume clinics can't offer, and performance-based pay rewards the full caseload you build within it.
    • Transparent pay. Our full salary range is published right here — no "compensation determined at time of offer."
    • Your growth is funded — a $2,500 annual CE budget with paid course days, plus in-house mentorship in dry needling, blood flow restriction, TPI® golf assessments, and Stecco Method Fascial Manipulation. We want you to learn skills that make you a better clinician.
    • Full clinical autonomy — you own your schedule, your plans of care, and your clinical decision-making
    • Premier EMR software — we run Prompt Plus EMR specifically so notes don't follow you home
    • Sustainable full-time schedule : Monday–Friday, no evenings, no weekends, no holidays

    Compensation & benefits

    • Salary: $80,000–$95,000 based on experience, with performance-based upside as you build your caseload
    • $10,000 sign-on bonus
    • Relocation assistance
    • Health insurance
    • Paid time off and paid holidays
    • Retirement plan (IRA) with employer contributions
    • $2,500 annual continuing education budget with paid course time
    • Hands-on mentorship in advanced techniques (dry needling, TPI®, blood flow restriction, Stecco Method Fascial Manipulation)

What you'll do as a Physical Therapist at Paragon

    • Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy — every session is direct patient care
    • Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluations
    • Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
    • Integrate manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and performance-based rehab as appropriate
    • Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance

Our patient population is active and motivated: local residents, competitive golfers, athletes, military families, and patients who travel to Pinehurst for specialized outpatient care.
