California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is actively seeking a Physical Therapist for an exciting Clinic Director / Partnership opportunity in Manteca, CA. We're looking for an experienced clinician ready to embark on a new journey of becoming a partner in opening a brand new outpatient orthopedic clinic!
This is a rare opportunity to open and lead your own outpatient orthopedic clinic—with the potential to become a clinic owner. As a partner, you'll have significant input on the clinic's foundation and future.
The Opportunity:
California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is expanding its presence in Northern California, with a focus on establishing clinics within gym and fitness center environments. We're presenting an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in partnering with us to open and lead their own clinic.
As Clinic Director & Partner, you'll lead clinic operations, deliver outstanding patient care, and build a strong team. You’ll be instrumental in growing the clinic—both clinically and as a business—while setting a tone of excellence, collaboration, and service.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who has leadership experience and is excited about running their own practice. As a partner in this venture, your role will include providing valuable input on:
Selecting the clinic site within the Manteca area.
Choosing the equipment that best serves patient needs.
Hiring and managing the staff (physical therapists, PT assistants, PT aides, receptionists).
Community outreach and marketing to drive clinic growth.
Directing daily operations, staff, and scheduling.
Managing your own patient caseload with personalized, evidence-based care.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring your team.
Overseeing compliance and clinic performance metrics.
Collaborating with PRN’s extensive support team (billing, marketing, operations).
Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues.

Competitive Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 annually (dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors).

Qualifications:
Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current California State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist.
1-2 years of leadership or management experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
