We are seeking a per diem Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Florida.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of clinical experience

Enrolled as a Medicare provider (preferred)

Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations and re-evaluations; developing and updating individualized plans of care; and the general supervision of the PTA. The patient population includes individuals with sports-related injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, slip-and-fall injuries, work-related injuries, and Medicare beneficiaries requiring physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive plans of care outlining areas of deficit, activity restrictions, treatment context, and level of assistance required.

Establish and monitor functional, realistic, and measurable treatment goals, including the status of ongoing goals.

Provide general supervision to the Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Compensation is $75.00 per patient.
