Amcare Pro Home Health is hiring for a PRN Licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to add to our growing Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

The right candidate would need to be a self-starter, who needs very little supervision and can exemplify the ability to supervise PTAs .

Previous HOME HEALTH experience is REQUIRED. Knowledge of the OASIS assessment tool would be necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in developing the plan of care.

Direct physical therapy treatment/supervise PTAs

Work under the supervision of a PT

Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.

Prepare and submit clinical notes in a timely manner.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:

Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the STATE OF TEXAS and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices

Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
