Check out this video to learn more about us: https://youtu.be/2tXQBejmP3E?feature=shared Responsibilities: • Assesses patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying therapy histories • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual therapy and exercises • Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance • Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations • Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends; monitoring actual physical therapy services rendered to production objectives • Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to policy positions concerning federal, state, and local regulations; anticipating emerging issues • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations • Driving/Workshop Presentations/Marketing (occasionally) as needed • Enhances physical therapy and clinics' reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments • Tasks created by management Qualifications: • Experience in physical therapy, with a focus on manual therapy techniques • Ability to assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations • Proven track record of documenting patient care services accurately and efficiently • Skill in performing therapeutic procedures, including manual therapy and exercises • Ability to instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness • Experience in developing and implementing patient management plans for continuity of care • Knowledge of maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations and procedures Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
