Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic – Ortho, Neuro, Sports Rehab) Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $78,000–$95,000/year (based on experience) Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (4x 10 hour shifts) OR Monday - Friday (5x 8 hour shifts)

We are a dynamic, patient-centered outpatient physical therapy clinic with over 18 years of service in the community—and we’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to help us continue delivering exceptional care.
Our clinic offers a wide range of specialized treatments, including:
Orthopedic rehabilitation
Sports medicine
Pain management
Neurological rehabilitation, including post-stroke care, pelvic floor therapy, and vestibular/vertigo treatment
Vestibular and Balance Therapy

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations considering medical history, current symptoms, and psychosocial factors.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and best practices.
Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and use of assistive devices (e.g., crutches, prosthetics).
Accurately document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with referring providers, fellow clinicians, and administrative staff.
Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Stay up to date with continuing education and actively pursue growth in emerging treatment areas.
Qualifications
Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate preferred)
Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in Colorado
CPR Certification (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility as needed
