We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function and alleviate pain. You will work in a dynamic environment, providing expert care in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and the patient's home. Duties:
Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs
Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions
Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care in a variety of settings, including acute care, outpatient clinics, and home community care
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as pediatrics and orthopedics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the position is located
Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
Experience working with patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments
Proficiency in a range of physical therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and other manual therapies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy caseload
