About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
