Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.

Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.

Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.

Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications for optimal health.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and advancements in the field.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the clinic.

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana.

Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in outpatient orthopedic or ENT rehabilitation preferred.
