Your Role: Lead Physical Therapist

As our Lead PT, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical excellence, guiding outcomes, mentoring PTAs, and championing the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor & oversee PTAs and support staff

Deliver and model elite-level patient care

Lead restorative care evaluations and track outcomes

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensure

Collaborate with leadership to improve systems & drive patient transformation

Promote our mission of comprehensive, outcomes-based care
