Compensation, Schedule & Benefits:
Salary: $80k–$100k/year DOE; 0–5 years ideally $80k–$92k
Benefits: 4% 401(k) match, $1,500 CEU allowance, ABPTS coverage, 15 days PTO, 6 holidays, health/dental/vision, company gear, and team events
Scheduling: 30-minute patient blocks, 1-hour evaluations, averaging 55–65 visits/week
Longevity Expectation: Seeking clinicians who want to grow beyond a staff PT role
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey
New graduates welcomed
Strong interest in orthopedics
Vestibular interest or experience is a plus
