We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors.

What You'll Do
As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will:
Provide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers
Support developmental skills through play-based intervention
Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers
Provide services in the child's natural environment
Complete required clinical documentation
Participate in IFSP/team collaboration as required
Maintain required Illinois licensure and EI credentials
What We're Looking For
Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
Appropriate Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligibility
Experience with infants and toddlers preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Professional liability insurance, as required
Compensation
Starting rate: $50 per completed 60-minute session
