Evaluate patients promptly, and per facility policies and expectations, upon receiving a physician worker’s compensation referral

Develop effective treatment plans

Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, 14-day progress report to the physician, recertification, and discharge summaries per Company and facility policy and procedure

Electronic Medical Records charting

Comply with State Licensing Board of California, Title 22, CMS, and California Labor Board guidelines

Requirements

Must complete a drug screen

2-3 days per week (Monday-Friday) 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Flexible schedule depending on referral demand

Worker's Comp.. experience preferred (not required)

Bilingual Preferred (But NOT required)

Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from work-related injuries such as; strains, sprains, fractures, etc. You will utilize your core skills in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans. Additionally, your experience in outpatient settings and knowledge base will support our commitment to comprehensive, compassionate care in a collaborative environment.
