Physical Therapist — Salinas, CA 
Permanent Placement | $60–$65 per hour

Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation opportunity in Salinas, California  Provide individualized clinical care that supports recovery, safer movement, and improved functional independence.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and rehabilitation needs.
• Establish measurable goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions and monitor patient outcomes.
• Modify treatment plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and continued recovery.
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation and nursing colleagues.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and support discharge planning.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current California PT license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation.
