Position: Physical Therapist (Contract)

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Meal Break: 30 minutes

Contract Length: 14 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.

Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy interventions as needed.

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate residents and family members on rehabilitation exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.

Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
