About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patients.

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New York.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
