Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Annual Productivity Bonus: Up to $9,750

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized Physical Therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement care plans tailored to each patient
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Engage with your team and local community
• Document care efficiently in our integrated EMR system
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California (or eligibility)
