Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
• Productivity bonuses with annual earning potential beyond base pay adding up to $24,000 to your total package each year!

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist with Spine & Sport, you will:

• Provide outpatient care with individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues for the best patient outcomes
• Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and your community
• Use our state-of-the-art EMR for efficient, accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
