We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Lake Stevens clinic. As a Physical Therapist at Summit Rehabilitation, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding patient care in an outpatient setting. Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
