    Compensation & Benefits (Annual Value: $100,337+)

    • Base Salary: $85,000
    • Paid Time Off:

    Schedule & Workload Expectations

    • 40 total hours/week , including:
    • Patient care
    • Documentation and program design
    • Injury consults and group training
    • Full-time caseload: 25–30 treating hours/week
    • Treating hours may include:
    • 1:1 physical therapy sessions
    • Small group training
    • Community workshops or events

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional performance-based physical therapy care
    • Provide a high-end patient experience that drives results and retention
    • Design and update individualized exercise programs (same day when possible)
    • Complete accurate and timely documentation
    • Communicate with clients between sessions as needed
    • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and team initiatives
    • Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment
    • Engage in in-person and digital marketing efforts to grow your caseload
    • Represent the clinic at community events and injury consults

    Performance Metrics for Success

    After a 90-day onboarding period, successful clinicians typically:

    • Manage 25+ active clients per week
    • Convert 80% of evaluations into an initial plan of care
    • Complete 80% of plans of care within 5 months
    • Convert 40% of clients into continuity or follow-up programs

    Marketing & Community Engagement

    During schedule ramp-up, you will:

    • Collaborate with leadership to:
    • Identify an active population or niche to specialize in
    • Develop your ideal patient avatar
    • Attend and support injury consults and local events
    • Build visibility and credibility within the community
    • Transition to lighter marketing involvement as your caseload fills
