Compensation:
Negotiable and highly competitive salary based on experience, location, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $87,000–$108,000 annually + production incentive + benefits.

Clinic Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices

• Educate patients and families on treatment progress and home programs

• Collaborate with a team of PTs and support staff to optimize outcomes

• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR system for documentation and compliance

• Promote a positive and motivating clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• CPR certification

• Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and patient engagement skills

• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and delivering top-tier care
