    Synergy Sports and Rehab is a high-performing outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Parker, CO.     Position Summary

    We are looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in sports medicine and manual therapy, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries

    • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

    • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education

    • Collaborate with referring physicians and in-house team members

    • Document daily notes, evaluations, and progress reports using EMR system

    • Stay current with best practices and participate in continuing education

    • Support clinic growth and community outreach initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

    • Active Colorado PT license (or eligible to obtain one)

    • Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience preferred

    • Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship is available
