Position Summary: We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and rehabilitation outcomes. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and apply therapeutic interventions designed to achieve optimal patient recovery and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify physical impairments
Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Educate patients and families about recovery plans, home exercises, and preventive care
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation and progress reports
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Qualifications:
Active Texas Physical Therapist license
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Dedication to continuous learning and clinical excellence
Preferred Experience:
Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine
Manual therapy expertise or certifications
Interest or experience in treating sports-related injuries
