    About the Clinic

    Vista Physical Therapy – Irving (E. Las Colinas Blvd) treats a broad outpatient caseload (orthopedics, post-op, spine, sports, and workers’ comp) and offers services including Balance & Fall Prevention, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pre-/Post-Op Care, Spine Rehab, Sports Medicine, and more. The clinic sits in the Las Colinas area with convenient access and strong community demand.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans

    • Deliver interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training

    • Educate patients on home programs, self-management, and injury prevention

    • Document timely and accurately in the EMR; leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline charting

    • Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members to drive outcomes

    • Contribute to clinic quality, growth, and patient experience initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

    • Active Texas PT license (or immediate eligibility)

    • New grads and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply

    • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills

    • Comfort with a productive outpatient schedule and a team-based care model

    • Interest in mentorship, residency/fellowship training, and professional development
