Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available

• Total compensation potential: $132,500+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Strasburg clinic provides a broad range of outpatient orthopedic services, including sports therapy, work injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, functional movement training, pain management, and chronic condition treatment. As part of Pro Active Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), clinicians benefit from mentorship, continuing education, residencies, and professional growth opportunities in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise

• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and functional wellness

• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes

• Participate in mentorship and continuing education programs for clinical growth

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and functional movement training

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
