Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Total compensation potential: $118,500+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans

• Collaborate closely with support staff and fellow clinicians

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

• Provide education to patients and families on diagnosis and home programs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
