Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 – $7,500 available

• Student loan repayment up to $25,000

• Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Albany clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy with a strong focus on functional movement, manual therapy, and individualized rehab. As part of California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), this clinic is known for a collaborative team environment and a commitment to mentorship and continuing education.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy in an outpatient setting

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services

• Document care using a modern EMR system

• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes

• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome to apply
