Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 available
Student loan repayment up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Concord clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy in an outpatient setting
Evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services
Document care accurately using a modern EMR system
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure excellent outcomes
Build strong relationships with patients and community members
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
