Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 available
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

We specialize in orthopedic and sports therapy, manual therapy, post-op rehab, chronic condition care, and return-to-sport programs. Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and long-term wellness
Accurately document services in EMR systems
Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
