Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available

Our Grand Prairie – Bardin Rd. clinic is part of Vista Physical Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN). Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
Deliver hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education aligned with best evidence
Document timely, accurate notes in EMR systems compliant with payer and regulatory standards
Collaborate with referring providers, support staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes
Mentor students and support clinic growth through community engagement
Uphold Vista PT’s commitment to exceptional patient care and safety
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program
Current or eligible Texas PT license
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and EMR documentation skills
Interest in sports rehab, dry needling, or residency pathways a plus
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
